Center Ice Foundation 2021-2022 House Hockey Scholarship Application

Six (6) merit-based scholarships will be awarded to Central Ohio House Hockey players (one for each of the following programs: EYHA, CAHA, CCYHA, NIHA, CIHC & Ohio Blades). Applications will be accepted through August 30th and reviewed by the Scholarship Committee. Awardees will be notified by September 15th.
