Help us build a Hockey Town

It’s not difficult to quantify what an ice rink would mean for the Southern Corridor: increased commerce, greater athletic opportunities for kids in South- and East- Central Ohio, continued growth of ice hockey in Columbus, and having a facility that’s a true differentiator from other communities south of I-70.  The growth of ice-related sports in Central Ohio has been explosive over the past 10 years: ice hockey alone has experienced double-digit growth every year for the past decade.  And yet, not a single new ice facility has been constructed in Central Ohio during that time…until now.

It’s with great excitement that we announce our Fifth annual: Center Ice Summer Classic, taking place July 22-23, 2023 at Ohio Health Chiller North in Lewis Center, Ohio.  Teams ranging in age from Mite through High School, from across the State of Ohio, will be taking the ice to benefit the Center Ice Foundation of Central Ohio, bringing us one step closer to the reality of an ice rink in the Southern Corridor!
